How to invite people to an event

After creating placeholder participants, you can share invitation links so the people represented by these participants can join the event in their place.


  1. On the event screen where you want to invite people, select the 'Participants' tab .

  2. Find the placeholder participant who represents the person you want to invite and tap 'Invite'.

  3. Select the sharing method and send the invitation link.

  1. On the event screen where you want to invite people, select the 'Participants' tab .

  2. Tap the name of the placeholder participant who represents the person you want to invite.

  3. Tap 'Share link'.

  4. Select the sharing method and send the invitation link.

  3. The invitation link will be copied, and you can send it to the person via email or any preferred method.
